WaterAid
Apart from the very generous donations which so many of you made to WaterAid, Anna left a substantial amount of her estate to the same charity whose work she obviously cared about very much. As the amount was significant, we asked if it could be directed to one specific project in the hope that it would make a real impact on the community the work of the charity supports.

Norbury Park
On Saturday 16th October, we (Anna’s brother Pete and his wife/her sister in law Adriana) scattered Anna’s ashes in Norbury Park, Surrey.
We chose this location because we are as sure as we can be that this is where Anna used to like to visit and walk through the woods, especially in the Spring when there were an abundance of bluebells.
Despite the day being overcast and with some heavy rain, as we got close the sun came out and we were lucky to have a perfect Autumn day.

Please see the photos and video we have added. There is a table and bench between two horse chestnut trees and we scattered her ashes in the open area in front of the bench.
As her remains gently drifted away, a few seconds later, a very friendly cockapoo came bounding out of the trees towards us and knowing Anna’s love for dogs, the situation really could not have been more fitting.
Hopefully you’ll be able to move on with your grieving knowing that Anna is back among us and free now to finally be at peace.
Anna's Funeral
Anna's funeral service was held at North Herts Crematorium on Thursday 8th July 2021 at 11am, and was followed by a funeral reception at The Three Horse Shoes in Willian.
A small gathering of family, friends and former colleagues met to pay tribute to Anna and on behalf of her family, we thank you all for joining us.
